PROGRAMS FOR 2011/12 SEASON RESUME ON 20TH SEPTEMBER 2011
Only Peninsula Tri Squad Members can register to take part in the program.
Peninsula Tri Squad runs programs in 4 week blocks throughout the Victorian triathlon season from late September to the end of March.
You can join at any time during the season. Contact us directly for more information.
Peninsula Tri Squad sessions include:
• Pool & bay swim sessions (including indoor pool access and squad lanes for specific training sessions)
• Wind trainer sessions (wind trainer required)
• Run sprint, interval and endurance training
• SWICK and BRICK sessions (traithlon specific swim/bike bike/run training)
• Specific Transition training
• Time Trial assessments
• Race day preparation
• Training and Race day nutrition
• Race day preparation
Our 4 week Programs cost $250.00
Training times:
• Tuesday evenings 7:30pm to 8:30pm
• Thursday evenings 7:30pm to 8:30pm
• Saturday mornings 8:15am – 9 - 9.15am
Session Length:
3 x 1 hour (on average) sessions each week
Length may vary from 45-min to max 1.5-hrs depending on program session and individual fitness level.
Venues:
Mornington Area, Mornington Peninsula.
